We guarantee your room will be ready by 3pm. If you arrive early, between 8am and 3pm we will do our best to get you into your room. If the room is not ready, we have free luggage storage for you while you enjoy your day in NYC. Please do not arrive prior to 8am without paying for an additional night, as our staff will not be awake to assist. We do have 24 hour staff, but they are for late night check in and emergencies only.Check Out Details:
Check out by 12 Noon. We have luggage storage available. There is a $10 mandatory tip to the porter for storing your luggage upon checkout. The $10 is per room total, a maximum of four bags.
